Negotiation Club Membership Rules:
Welcome to The Negotiation Club! To ensure a positive and productive environment, we have established the following rules for all members. By joining and participating in our club, you agree to adhere to these guidelines:
1. Support and Collaboration:
- Members are expected to support one another and actively contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
- Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to fellow members.
- Celebrate each other's progress and achievements.
2. Professionalism and Courtesy:
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times during meetings and interactions.
- Respect differing viewpoints and engage in discussions with an open mind.
- Avoid any behaviour that could be considered disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive.
3. Confidentiality:
- All content shared within the club, including discussions, negotiations, and personal insights, is to be treated as confidential.
- Do not share any information or materials outside the club without explicit consent from all involved parties.
- Recognise and respect the privacy of fellow members.
4. Access to Videos and Materials:
- Members have access to recorded videos and club materials while their membership is active.
- Once a membership expires, access to these resources is no longer possible.
- Members are encouraged to download any materials they wish to keep for personal use before their membership ends.
5. Commitment to Practice:
- Actively participate in club meetings and practice sessions.
- Come prepared to engage in role-plays, simulations, and other exercises.
- Take advantage of opportunities to practice skills and apply feedback.
6. Feedback and Improvement:
- Be open to receiving and giving constructive feedback.
- Use feedback as an opportunity for growth and skill enhancement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of club activities by providing suggestions and feedback.
