TNC Negotiation Taster
"Certificate of Participation"
Â
Many people don't know how to practice their negotiation skills, and they believe that experience is the only thing they need.... how wrong they are!
Books, videos, and demonstrations alone cannot teach us how to negotiate.
In any endeavour, success depends on practice, and those who actively practice their negotiation skills regularly will find that they continually outperform every other person they encounter.
As an organisation devoted to educating confident, competent, and successful negotiators, The Negotiation Club stands out for its "Practical Negotiation Practice".

"If you a looking at learning/improving your negotiation skills, I will highly recommend the use of TNC."
Jerome Mascarenhas

"An amazing must try experience! You’ll learn things about negotiating that you never knew existed."
Alimwa Browne

"I've got far more value out of each session than I could have imagined and really enjoyed the practical element of negotiating."
Lawrence Jellicoe-Smith
"In theory, theory and practice are the same.
In practice they are not."
You are here for a reason ....
Negotiation skills are often underestimated, and people believe they only need experience to be successful. But a person must learn how to practice negotiation skills before they can comprehend and recognise the wide variety of negotiation styles, tactics, and strategies available.
But to learn what we need to learn, we must practice. This is the TNC's central premise.
Practicing negotiation is such a great way to learn because we all have our own unique style of negotiation, which is neither perfectly right nor perfectly wrong.
However, we may find that our styles work well for us in some circumstances and may fall short in others.
To be successful in more situations, we must broaden our negotiating style and expand our range of negotiation techniques.
In fact, a healthy diversity of negotiation styles within a business is a highly effective way to ensure the company is able to maximize its value from any agreements by allocating those who are better suited to some negotiations. For this to work, you must understand these styles, and you can achieve it by practicing together.
It was Bruce Lee who said it best... âAbsorb what is useful, discard what is not and add what is specifically your ownâ
The participants of this session are more knowledgeable about mastering negotiation skills than most other practitioners and now know the most effective methods of practicing them too.
What is negotiation?
How do we improve our negotiation skills?
What does this 'Certificate of Completion' mean?
What should you do now?
As they say "Our best intentions mean nothing without taking that first step to realisation!" and that is your decision to take. But ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you want more success in negotiations?
- Do you want more confidence in difficult situations?
It's simple; our journey of practice should never end as there is always more to learn and more to practice.
