TNC Module 1:
"Certificate of Participation"
(It's a badge of honour!)
Books, videos, and demonstrations alone cannot teach us how to negotiate.
In any endeavor, success depends on practice, and those who actively practice their negotiation skills regularly will find that they continually outperform every other person they encounter.
In creating confident, competent, successful negotiators, The Negotiation Club Module for "Practical Practice" is unique.

"If you a looking at learning/improving your negotiation skills, I will highly recommend the use of TNC."
Jerome Mascarenhas

"An amazing must try experience! You’ll learn things about negotiating that you never knew existed."
Alimwa Browne

"I've got far more value out of each session than I could have imagined and really enjoyed the practical element of negotiating."
Lawrence Jellicoe-Smith
"In theory, theory and practice are the same.
In practice they are not."
You are here for a reason ....
You have been directed to this page because the person who gave you the link has done something many professional people have never done in their lives... learned how to practice their negotiation skills!
SESSION 1
Learning "How To Practice"
That knowledge alone should not be underestimated! Many people don't know how to practice their negotiation skills, and they believe that experience is the only thing they need. In order to be able to understand and recognize the vast diversity of negotiation styles, tactics, and strategies that exist, especially when practicing negotiation skills for the first time, one must first learn how to practice.
Those who complete this session are extremely aware of the most effective methods to practice their negotiation skills and they are more knowledgeable than most other practitioners about mastering negotiation skills.
SESSION 2
Learning How To "Practice with Purpose"
You might think you know how to practice, but our true strength comes from understanding what it is that we're doing when we practice, and those who complete this session will have an acute understanding of how to practice with purpose; a deeper understanding of negotiation tactics than mere theoretical appreciations and an insight into tactical competence.
It is now possible for participants to employ new tactics which will significantly improve their negotiating results.
SESSION 3
Learning How To "Observe"
The skill of observation is perhaps the most important skill of all negotiation masters.
Our position will be clear, our expectations will be clear, our goals will be clear, and our walk-away point will be clear... but the other party is unknown to us.
The only way to determine this is through acute observation, which can only be developed through practice.
This session has prepared the participant with vital skills and tools to support their negotiation observations and provide peer-to-peer feedback based on the TNC technique.
SESSION 4
Learning "Multivariable" Negotiations.
When multiple variables are included in the negotiation process, it can become very complex very quickly.
The ability to manage this complexity in a way that will also assist both parties to navigate the complexities is a skill in and of itself.
With TNC training, participants now know how to handle this situation, and are equipped with tools and techniques to record their movements during negotiations.
What is negotiation?
How do we improve our negotiation skills?
What does this 'Certificate of Completion' mean?
What should you do now?
As they say "Our best intentions mean nothing without taking that first step to realisation!" and that is your decision to take. But ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you want more success in negotiations?
- Do you want more confidence in difficult situations?
It's simple; our journey of practice should never end as there is always more to learn and more to practice.
